These terms explain the rules for using Bponi Commerce. Creating an account or using the platform means you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Bponi Commerce.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew unless cancelled. You authorize charges to your selected payment method.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, or conduct that violates applicable law.
5. Merchant content
You retain full ownership of your content. You grant Bponi Commerce the limited rights needed to host, display, and process it for the service.
6. Third-party services
Payment, logistics, and messaging providers have their own terms. Their services are used only where required for your workflow.
7. Service availability
Maintenance and unexpected outages can occur. We strive for high uptime but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts involved in misuse or violations. You may cancel your subscription through your account at any time.
9. Service changes
Features may be updated for security, performance, operational, or legal improvements.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Bponi Commerce is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
11. Indemnification
You are responsible for claims arising from your content, business practices, or violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
13. Updates
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
